Making Your Own Weight Loss Smoothie

Smoothies are a delicious and nutritious way to take off some weight the easy way. It is unbelievable how many different kinds of smoothies there are and that is what makes them so popular, as they are easy to make and with the right ingredients they can help you to slim down considerably.

Smoothies can replace a meal so the intake of calories is less, while you are satisfying your sweet tooth with a drink that has fewer calories than a meal. There are so many smoothie recipes but who ever heard of a peanut butter weight loss smoothie?

What a revelation, and you wouldn’t think that it would be all that good, but it is delicious, and you get a good dose of protein, as it tastes like a peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Just put all of the ingredients into the blender, and away you go!

The ideal weight loss smoothies are green smoothies.

They are rich in nutrients and have an abundance of fiber and they are very low in fat. There is definitely an art in the making of a delicious green smoothie. Here are some tips.

It is good to skip the dairy products in your smoothie, which would include yogurt and milk.

Enough calcium can come from other fruits and vegetables, so the dairy won’t be needed, as it contains enough excess fat and hormones to defeat your weight loss plan.

If you use 2 to 3 cups of dandelion greens or kale with kiwi, figs, oranges and a tablespoon of chia seeds, you will end up with a smoothie that is richer in calcium than a full glass of milk.

Cut down on the amount of fat in your smoothie which means no avocados or coconuts. If you combine fat and fruit in the same drink, you are going to end up with bloating and gas.

There can also be some interference with the processing of the carbohydrates in the fruit, which can promote weigh gain.

When you are doing green smoothies, limit the fat, and up the carbohydrates, and you will promote the loss of weight.

Use very little to no sweeteners of any kind, because you want to avoid any type of sugar, whether it is refined or unrefined.

Bananas that are ripened and other sweet ripe fruit will offer enough sweetness to the point where you won’t need to add any sugar.

Things like table sugar, agave syrup, honey and other sugars that are concentrated will turn a smoothie into a sugar bomb, and will certainly sabotage the good the smoothie will do for weight loss.

Adding a date will give you a sweet taste without harming the balance, but again use them sparingly if you can.

Don’t use fruit juices and plant milks from the stores, as these drinks are full of processed sugars.

Get your fruit juice from freshly squeezed fruits and you will be on solid ground.

The fresher you can get your fruits, the better, as the nutrients will be fresh as well for your weight loss smoothie.

I recently discovered this site and I can tell you that my life has not been the same. I now come here EVERYDAY and spend at least 1 hour.

I used to spend that time browsing online fashion and beauty magazine which just means that I spend more. Now I have replaced that habit with coming here.

In future I will think about contributing articles as well. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! and God bless"
