So, have your blood acidity level tested and work to get the acidity level to a 7.35 if you want to improve your metabolism.

2. Eat more in the beginning of the day.

There’s a reason they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Morning is when your metabolism is working at its fastest.

So, take advantage of it by eating more food in the morning and then eat smaller meals as the day goes on. The reason you should do this is because your metabolism naturally slows down as the day goes on.

Therefore, you want to eat your smallest meal at night when your metabolism is working the least.

Basically, the higher up on the index a food is, the worse it is for your metabolism and energy levels.

4. Start working out to burn fat.

Finally, working out is a great way to increase your body’s metabolism. By working out, you’ll be burning energy which will help your body continue to burn energy at a quicker rate.

When you continue to exercise and burn off energy, you are “showing” your body why it needs a faster metabolism.

Losing weight can be difficult to do and takes a lot of work, but by increasing your metabolism you will make the process easier. The steps above will help you do just that!
