Learning more graphics design and loving it

Spent a nice day pottering around the house today, not as cold as usual, so enjoyed the milder weather outside. Trying to work out how to fix the debris from all the gale winds devastation in my little yard... garden umbrella and canvas pagoda trashed, rubbish everywhere.

I need to work out what I plan to do for the spring ahead. Absolutely nothing seems to be growing in this new house like I thought it would.

I bought my potted fruit trees with me, and this is the third place they're getting used to, but there are sooooo many bugs here! Hardly got any kind of fruit last summer, other than a heap of mandarins last winter (and not a single one this year) so disappointing.

Need to rethink all my garden plans.

Anyway, for my daily learning session today I decided to get back onto my graphic training, and after a lot of fiddling I finally got myself set up again.

Will try to do a lesson a day, and work toward creating images I can sell in my PLR store, as well as using them in my Journal creation.

So, today was very vintage, a rather fussy floral fairy... and I love it - LOL

Still only a 'monkey see - monkey do" piece of work, but eventually I should get my own designs and style rocking.

Oh, and I received a box of my book proofs yesterday, and I had ordered one of my fairy design covered notebooks, as I wanted to see what they looked like in hard copy, and it was so cool!

Absolutely in love with my Gratitude Journal series, they are delicious! Can't wait to use one of them for myself, and will be giving some for gifts this Christmas for sure.

Getting the creative juices flowing again is always fun. You should always have some creative projects bubbling away that you can act on when you need to have a bit of fun!

So, here is my show-and-tell of my new image creation for today... hope you like it!

Now I'm going to have a nana nap, and get back to work when I wake up a bit more refreshed.

Will be tonight publishing the new updated version of the Year of The Dog 2018-19 monthly planner for Nami Kim and www.SaveKoreanDogs.org as I want to keep creating fundraising products for that crucial work to ban the dog meat trade.

The start on a Bereavement Journal and some new notebooks.

Still need to finish off the weight loss PLR I started sorting yesterday, but got sidetracked from completing.

Always something on the go... what a wonderful life I have - lucky me!!

You are a life Saver!!

I recently discovered this site and I can tell you that my life has not been the same. I now come here EVERYDAY and spend at least 1 hour.

I used to spend that time browsing online fashion and beauty magazine which just means that I spend more. Now I have replaced that habit with coming here.

In future I will think about contributing articles as well. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! and God bless"
