You Need to Avoid These Stress Related Illnesses!

Stress is a multi-layered issue, which can produce a number of related health problems. For instance, I don’t think anyone would be surprised to find out that stress can cause heart attacks.

By not dealing with stress, you may be headed for the “big one!”

Physical stress is much easier to avoid than emotional stress. In fact, some people are under emotional stress and do not fully realize it at the time.

A similar instance is where people are depressed and think that the reason they are napping on the couch all the time, is because they are tired.

When a husband and wife are constantly in an agitated state due not having the same values in life, they may not understand that emotional stress is taking place.

Yes, a partner may understand that the other spouse who is at the Casino constantly, is doing something that makes them mad…however they may not realize that going to sleep in that state can be a problem.

The mind continues to process the day events as a person drifts off to sleep.

Often, the last thing a person thinks about before sleeping is what the subconscious mind works on while the body is in deep sleep.

Think about it for a moment. Someone you know is deeply upset about an issue in their lives.

As they spent their usual six to eight hours in bed...a battle is being waged in their mind.

Can you imagine what this battle is doing to the overall body system? If you answered yes, then you understand how disease starts.

The disease process called atherosclerosis will eventually produce coronary artery disease and peripheral artery disease.

Now not everyone is on the same playing field when it comes to developing atherosclerosis and its related issues.

Those who have a tendency to reach a boiling point quickly…produce larger amounts of adrenaline.

High levels of adrenaline being pumped through the arteries can over time, cause damage.

A person who does not learn stress management techniques can also develop inflammation.

Inflammation is hard to control as anyone with arthritis can attest to.

On the outside a person may look healthy, however inflammation in the interior of the body and blood pumping systems cannot be seen.

A great way to look at stress and the relationship to heart disease is to stop and picture the old style cartoons.

Maybe even Youtube a few old videos like Popeye. You will see a cartoon character that is boiling mad.

Boiling to the point, where his face turns red, the eyes bulge out and the veins in the neck begin to throb.

When they hit the full boiling point, steam starts to come out their ears.

Now since it’s a cartoon, we don’t actually see what the “real” final result would be…which could be a massive heart attack brought on by stress.

Have you ever seen anyone boiling mad? I’m sure you have. You need to learn effective ways to combat stress.

Lowering your stress level will not only improve your health, it will work magic on all your relationships with other people.
