But again, the bad carbs and fats should be excluded from your diet.

Exercising is considered the most effective way for staying fit and for losing weight.

You need to be physically active during menopause.

This will not only burn your fats but will keep you relaxed and you will be better equipped to fight anxiety and stress.

Therefore, participating in yoga, swimming, squats, leg crunches, leg lifts, Sit-ups, pelvic tilts and other light exercises is recommended by the specialists.
