I published a book a while back which features all the safe and natural remedies for menopause relief, and the self help strategies you can use to manage the symptoms of menopause.

It's on sale right now, and you can get it right here on the site (link below)!

Here is a bit about some of the herbs that can help you get some relief.

The occurrence of menopause means that the production of estrogen and progesterone in the body is no longer happening.

This occurs from the age of around 50 and over.

Estrogen has lots of functions it performs in the body of the woman.

Apart from the fact that it promotes ovulation and conception, it also contributes to the general wellbeing of the woman.

It ensures that the bones have good integrity and it also ensures the presence of the sex drive in women.

It also provides women with some level of strength.

When the production of estrogen stops, women usually – though not always - suffer some consequences.

The integrity of the bones reduces. Weight gain may be experienced.

She will also feel generally weak.

All of these changes occur during the process referred to as menopause.

The symptoms tend to make the life of women rather uncomfortable and it therefore becomes imperative for them to make use of one form of drug or the other to make life livable during menopause.

It is important to be able to cope with menopause and this can often be done with herbal remedies.

St John’s wort can be helpful

Have you ever heard of St. John’s wort?

It is a kind of herb that is very useful in dealing with menopause related problems.

In every sense of the word, it is very helpful in dealing with the problem and women will find life more interesting.

Depression has been discovered to be one of the symptoms of menopause.

But with the aid of St. John’s wort, women will be able to get rid of depression.

Phytoestrogen too can be helpful

A chemical by the name of Phytoestrogen has been extracted from plants.

It has been discovered to be very helpful for dealing with some of the symptoms of menopause.

The chemical contains some elements that make it act in the same way as estrogen.

It is also possible to get the chemical from some of the common foods that we eat.

Miso and tofu are foods made from soy beans. Soy has been discovered to be rich in Phytoestrogen.

It is true that the Phytoestrogen chemical substance can be helpful in increasing estrogen, but it too has been discovered to have some side effects. It is said to lead to estrogen-related cancer.

Research has also shown that it does not help with hot flushes; however, many women seem to have found it helpful for that very thing.

My book features all the natural and safe menopause remedies that you can try yourself with confidence. Check it out on my site page - its On Sale!
